Yes! We are using Shopify's platform which has built in security features like a website security certificate and secure Canadian payment processing

Our manufacturer requires that all orders we send to them be a minimum of $25 to process. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Yes, we do. Our physical storefront is located in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

At this time, we are taking support requests by email only, but if you need to talk to someone over the phone we can provide a number to call after you email us.

Image crops can vary widely by device type, screen size and resolution. That being said, if you are having difficulty reading text on an image anywhere on our site, please let us know and we will do our best to make it look correct!

Yes, this website is responsive, so it should work with almost any screen size and device you view it on in a web browser.

We use a white background and the same size with every product image to keep consistency across the site on product lists.

Some pages of the site may not be linked properly or even exist if the web address is incorrectly typed. If you notice a broken link, please contact us and we will fix it!

Yes! In the top right with a heart icon, you can click on (if signed in) and you will be taken to a page of all your favourites, which will be stored for the next time you visit the site.
