Shipping Costs

tubsupplies.ca offers shipping to most locations in Canada, excluding Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, remote/beyond zones as defined by Canada Post.  We currently only ship within Canada. 

Free ground shipping for orders of $150 before tax. 

$9.95 ground shipping for orders between $150 before tax. 

Minimum order of $25.00 is required for checkout. 

Cancellations

To cancel and order email info@tubsupplies.ca, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.  Once your order moves into the awaiting shipment stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.  We can help facilitate a return upon delivery if required. 

Ordering Process

Typically it takes 1-3 business days to process the order.  Once your order is processed, it will typically ship at with 24-48 hours during business days. You will receive an shipping conformation with your tracking number once shipped. 

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed before 10am PST British Columbia Canada time typically ship within 24-48 hours during business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your ordered item ships.  Your order typically takes 1-10 business days to arrive  

How Do I Track My Shipment? 

Once your order has shipped the shipping company and a tracking number will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email.
